Refunds

We have a zero day return policy due to items we offer are made-to-order ONLY. We do have an exchange policy if the product is eligible for exchange. 

Damages and issues

Only products that have a manufacturing/shipping defect would be eligible for an exchange. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange

We will notify you once we’ve received your exchange request. we will let you know if the exchange is approved or not. If the exchange is approved, we will ship you a replacement item within 5 business days.
